Pattie offers a variety of group fitness classes depending on your needs, likes, and fitness levels.

BOOTCAMP FOR EVERY BODY – in person and on-demand
Are you looking to up your fitness, be a part of an amazing tribe, have fun, and be your healthiest and strongest self? Join us for this 8-week bootcamp that will challenge and change how you feel. In-person workouts (weather permitting) outside at St. Joseph the Worker parking lot in Orefield, PA. On-demand with video links sent 2x’s/week. Each session lasts 8 weeks (16 classes)...Why? Because it's short enough to commit (just 2 months!) but long enough that you will reap benefits and SEE a difference in your body.

  • In-person, Mondays, and Thursdays at 5:30 PM **NEW 8-WEEK SESSION begins Monday, October 28, 2024
  • On-demand links sent Sunday and Wednesday evenings
  • Equipment used – weights, resistance band, pilates/playground ball, yoga mat
  • $150/8-week session

BARRE ABOVE

Barre Above is a unique approach to barre fitness. Fusing the best of Pilates, yoga, ballet, and strength training, Barre Above offers a results-driven workout that is fun and dynamic and will sculpt your body and get you into amazing shape. Barre Above is designed for a wide range of fitness levels, ages, and bodies, complete with progressions and regressions.

  • Barre is not required – use a chair, railing, or countertop
  • Equipment used - Light weights, pilates/bender/playground ball, yoga mat
  • On Zoom - Saturdays at 8:30 AM
  • Recordings available if you can’t join virtually
  • $10/class - payable through VENMO or PAYPAL

Every Bootcamp and Barre Class includes

  • A full body VIIT (variable intensity interval training) workout. Each class we will target upper body, lower body, and core.
  • Modifications for exercises.
  • No 2 classes will ever be the same, and this keeps your body guessing.
  • A little soreness - especially if you haven't worked out in a while. This is normal, and that's how muscle growth appears, and it does get easier.
  • A boost in energy level, even after 1 workout. It may seem like the opposite would occur, but energy produces energy.
  • You'll reap the benefits of better sleep, happier mood, decreased blood pressure, and healthier brain function.
