BOOTCAMP FOR EVERY BODY – in person and on-demand
Are you looking to up your fitness, be a part of an amazing tribe, have fun, and be your healthiest and strongest self? Join us for this 8-week bootcamp that will challenge and change how you feel. In-person workouts (weather permitting) outside at St. Joseph the Worker parking lot in Orefield, PA. On-demand with video links sent 2x’s/week. Each session lasts 8 weeks (16 classes)...Why? Because it's short enough to commit (just 2 months!) but long enough that you will reap benefits and SEE a difference in your body.

Barre Above is a unique approach to barre fitness. Fusing the best of Pilates, yoga, ballet, and strength training, Barre Above offers a results-driven workout that is fun and dynamic and will sculpt your body and get you into amazing shape. Barre Above is designed for a wide range of fitness levels, ages, and bodies, complete with progressions and regressions.
